After purchasing a product, we typically send account information to the buyer’s email address within approximately 30 minutes. However, depending on the supplier’s circumstances, there may be delays of up to 24 hours.

Unfortunately, account trading violates the terms of service of games like rerolled, and as such, some accounts may be subject to suspension. While account trading and reroll can have positive impacts on the longevity of games, game companies also have an obligation to suspend accounts according to the principle of good faith.

It varies from game to game, but I believe around 5% of accounts are suspended on a quarterly basis.

We will do our best to persuade the supplier to provide a refund or exchange. Most suppliers are positive about refunds or exchanges. However, refunds or exchanges may be difficult depending on the circumstances of the supplier.
